David and Nicola Herring have answered God's call and stepped out in faith to adopt from Uganda. The Herring family and a team of volunteers completed a unique fundraiser to help cover the high cost of their adoption! IT'S NOT TOO LATE TO DONATE!! See the completed project video here:
The loss of a beloved spouse often makes it difficult for a widow to keep up with the necessary improvements and repairs to her home. So on May 3rd, the Herrings and the team of volunteers fixed up a widow's home and property. Ms. Dorothy sadly lost her husband to melanoma cancer after 47 years of marriage. Her property and home was in urgent need of many repairs and some good old spring cleaning. Ms. Dorothy is a delight to be around and our team felt blessed to be able to serve her in this way.
Volunteers are raising sponsorship for their day of service. The money raised will help an orphan become adopted into a forever family! Many supplies for the repairs on the widow's home were donated.
