Adopted domestically from USA

Widow served: Ms. Lora

Luke and Christy's Both Hands Project

Luke and Christy answered God's call and stepped out in faith to adopt a child domestically from the USA. Luke, Christy, and a team of volunteers worked on a widow's home to help raise funds to cover the high cost of adoption!

The unexpected loss of a beloved spouse often makes it difficult for a widow to keep up with the necessary improvements and repairs to her home. So on November 10th, Luke, Christy, and the team of volunteers fixed up Ms. Lora's home. Ms. Lora's husband passed away suddenly five years ago. She is very kind and giving women, and we felt beyond blessed to be able to help her.

Volunteers raised sponsorship for their day of work. The supplies for the repairs on the widow's home were donated. The money raised helped a child become adopted into a forever family!

**UPDATE: This family's adoption fund is closed. Please consider making a donation to help Both Hands continue to serve other adoptive families, orphans, and widows. You can also see a list of current adopting family's projects here.
